I have a few more pieces done! I did two new necklaces, but I also made two miniature books, just as little pocket books!
The First necklace is based off of the one in my last post. I’m calling this line my “Explorer Series”.
This second one is almost the same, it just doesn’t have the glass vial attached.
This is just a little tiny book I made. It’s just under 3.5″ tall.
The last one is my favorite of the night. It is a little leather pocket sized note pad or journal with a strap, so it can be secured closed.
It’s 4.5″ x 3.5″, which is a perfect size for your pocket or purse!
And again, if you see anything you are interested in purchasing please let me know!
Regardless, I would love to hear your feedback! Please leave a comment!
So the first new item is a necklace, as you can see. I got a bunch of quill pen tips on clearance, and thought they would look nice on jewelry, so this is my first attempt. First of all, I sanded off the tip, to make it a little less dangerous, then wrapped some wire around it, made a loop in the back, to put the cord through, put a couple of washers on, made a coils out of wire for decoration, made clasps, and voila! It was incredibly easy, and it’s a little different, which I like.
These are a couple of fingerless lace gloves. They came out a little puffier than expected, but they’re cute. It is just an elastic, satin ribbon and lace trim. Each one took about 3 minutes to make. The camera made the lace and ribbon look like two different colors, where in person they’re the same color. Thanks for stopping by! Please let me know what you think!
Here’s something I threw together last night, it was super simple, but I think it’s cute. Just braided leather (I was going to make a macrame necklace, but I didn’t have any pieces long enough). Then I made the clasps, a couple of jump rings, and attached the charms. A very simple, but cute choker.
